3. Account Registration & Management

When creating an account on vm789, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

  • Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the vm789 support team immediately.
  • Transferring, selling, or giving your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Inactive accounts may be reviewed in accordance with vm789's policy.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on vm789 are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions by any method other than these three mobile banking services are not available.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

vm789 offers various bonus offers for new and existing members. Each bonus applies under specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
  • For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
  • For a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 (25×) before withdrawing.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
  • Not all games may be eligible for wagering with bonus funds — game-specific conditions apply.
  • If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
  • vm789 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • Each promotion has a set validity period — if conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. VIP Membership Terms

vm789's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier is possible based on regular play and activity on the platform. Cashback benefits are calculated automatically each week. vm789 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

vm789 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the game system.
  • Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Fraudulent collaboration with other users ("collusion").
  • Using multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
  • Harassment of or discriminatory behaviour toward other users.

If any such activity is detected, vm789 may permanently close the account without notice and forfeit the associated funds.

8. Gaming & Betting Rules

  • In sports betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the bet will be settled in accordance with vm789's own policy.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, vm789's system log will be considered the final evidence.
  • vm789 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.
  • All games are operated by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) system.
